Having retired in 2012 from the medical industry and after having reviewed books for over 20 years, both print and online, including being a paid (contract) reviewer for Amazon.com, newsletter and magazine editor, book publicist, author escort, and freelance writer, I was able to use my experience to secure a position as a book editor at Tirgearr Publishing, a job I enjoy very much. I do only very occasional reviews these days as when I have time to read recreationally, I want to choose something just for me.

Dearest Kyra,

So today your daddy, bless his heart, called me and let me talk to you. I am so glad you liked the Valentine and stickers! I am also so glad I got through the entire phone call without crying. I also understood almost every word you said. You are growing up so fast. And we made a plan you and I. We decided that I would buy a copy of Green Eggs and Ham and next week when you are visiting your daddy I will call you and read it to you while you are looking at your copy!!! This isn't the greatest solution, but the best we can come up with for the time being. So now I will buy two copies of books, send you one and keep one. Then I will read to you over the phone. I hope you will like that.

I love you sweetheart.

Love,

Grandma

Dearest Kyra,

Did you get the Valentine's Day card I sent you? I sent you some Nemo Valentine stickers -- I thought you would really like those a lot. Your Daddy told me that you and your Mommy are moving and he won't be able to see you as much. He is very sad about that. I miss you very much my sweetheart and am hoping that there will be someway we can see you again sometime soon.

Love,

Grandma

Dearest Kyra,

Your grandmother misses you very much. Is someone reading to you? Are they reading you Green Eggs and Ham?
